serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in not-for-profit tax, with a focus on private foundations
lead and review complex tax compliance engagements, including Form 990-PF and related filings
proactively advise internal teams and clients on private foundation tax matters
oversee and manage multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
identify and resolve complex tax issues and provide practical, solution-oriented guidance
mentor and develop tax professionals, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA required
10+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting
demonstrated deep expertise in not-for-profit tax, including private foundations
experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing engagements end-to-end
proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
