About this role
Role Overview
- The internship will take place within the Global HSE team, with a global scope across the Company organization.
- Interactions with the local HSE teams in all Chiesi sites and facilities (4 manufacturing sites, 3 R&D centers, more than 20 affiliates all across the world)
- Cooperation with Global IT and the software supplier in the process of implementing and rolling out the solution
- Implementation of the solution as an effective tool within the Global HSE management system, also in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Harmonization of the approach and the relevant HSE KPIs
- Regular meetings and follow up with the Global HSE team, and other stakeholders across Technical Operations, R&D and Commercial Operations
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- A Postgraduate program in Environmental Management and Control will be considered a plus
- Fluent English
- An international study experience is a preferential criterion
- Cross-cultural communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
