Plan and manage AI initiatives from intake through to delivery
Own the product roadmap for AI initiatives, defining and prioritizing what gets built
Assess and challenge technical approaches across the portfolio
Lead and coordinate multiple contractor teams and vendor pods
Serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
Manage vendor relationships and contractor performance
Define and embed standards for AI delivery at scale
Support the transition of completed AI initiatives into scaled delivery
Define, track and report on project-level KPIs and OKRs

Experience in product management or technical programme management
Genuine technical fluency with AI and digital technologies
Proven experience managing multi-vendor contractor teams
Strong product ownership skills and backlog management
Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into precise technical specifications
Strong delivery instincts, comfortable managing scope, timelines, dependencies
Working knowledge of GenAI stacks, data governance, security, compliance
Excellent communication skills at both technical and executive level
Formal qualification in project management or technical discipline preferred
