Role Overview
- Lead daily operations of the rehab department
- Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and federal regulations
- Mentor and develop therapy staff
- Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Drive outcomes-based, patient-centered care
- Maintain documentation and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA (Virginia)
- Prior experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute care required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Medicare, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
