Serve as an Agile Scrum/Kanban Development team member providing solutions for business systems needs
Responsible for profiling, analyzing and documenting the technical requirements for assigned Agile team backlog
Master complex data transformations concepts, including data warehousing principles
Capture requirements in a formal manner
Coordinate and drive activities with product owners and business stakeholders to refine prioritized backlog and gather requirements
Document appropriate detailed functional and non-functional requirements
Identify data valuable to the organization and evaluate this data alignment with the corporate data model
Manage business rules to enhance and optimize filtering results
Use requirements management tools and techniques
Support development, testing, implementation, and training activities
Apply delivery approaches
Perform business analysis processes in accordance with Zurich frameworks
Work with Insurance application system design/analysis using RAD tools/techniques
Generate adhoc data reports for business users

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or closely related field
7 years of experience in the job offered, or similar role
7 years of experience working with:
