About this role

Independent development and expansion of your sales territory — operationally and strategically
Sales of hip and knee implants as well as the MAKO robotic system from our Joint Replacement portfolio
Targeted acquisition of new customers and handling of tenders
Direct negotiations with chief physicians, hospital administrations and purchasing departments
Organization of workshops and trial installations in hospitals
Preparation of needs-based proposals and financing plans — in close coordination with the MAKO team
Representation of Stryker at trade shows, congresses and business meetings

At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical technology industry
Existing network and experience in orthopedics or trauma surgery
Passion for selling complex, technically sophisticated products
Experience building long-term customer relationships and generating new business
Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent organizational abilities
Fluent German and good written and spoken English
Valid driving license (Class B)
