Role Overview
- Champion continuous improvement, AI usage, and automation in software engineering
- Drive process excellence and innovative software engineering efforts
- Mentor less experienced team members
- Lead efforts from end-to-end in software projects
- Execute software engineering roadmap
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting in high complexity projects
- Identify and recommend improvements to the software development lifecycle
- Conduct demos and research for application features and designs
- Organize delivery of high-quality solutions with ongoing collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience
- Experience as a full-stack developer with Microsoft technologies including C#, BLAZOR, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure preferred
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices preferred
- AZ-204 Certification is highly desired
- Python proficiency is a plus
- Experience with VGL for developing automated workflows is a plus
