About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the system operation as well as error analysis, maintenance, and execution of system updates
- Carry out common basic projects, such as release upgrades for ABAP and Java
- Responsible for technology planning of SAP HANA and HANA migration
- Support customers as 2nd and 3rd level support in troubleshooting and performance services
- Support in presales activities for new customers
Requirements
- Fluent English (B2)
- Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends
- Experience in the setup and operation of SAP systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP Rise and SAP BTP
- Sound knowledge in at least 2 of the common SAP databases (HANA, Oracle, DB2)
- Completed university studies in business informatics / computer science or comparable qualifications
