Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply risks to optimize sourcing decisions.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and alternative supplier/material introduction.
Conduct contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, terms, and service levels.
Source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers; manage ongoing supplier performance.
Establish strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and top performance.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing data, and supplier documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Quality teams to understand demand and forecast needs.
Drive cost‑savings initiatives and track procurement KPIs.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing performance, supplier trends, and cost variances.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
Experience with ERP systems (Infor-LN knowledge is preferred) and procurement tools
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Understanding of contract management, sourcing methodologies, and supply chain principles
Experience working with international suppliers and knowledge of import operation is preferred
