8–10+ years of experience in software engineering with deep Oracle CPQ expertise.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact systems with speed and quality.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate with urgency in fast-paced environments.
Deep hands-on expertise in CPQ development (BML, configurators, pricing, integrations).
Strong understanding of complex selling models (bundles, subscriptions, renewals, entitlements).
Experience integrating CPQ with Salesforce and enterprise systems (Zuora, PIM/PDH, Oracle EBS/Fusion stack).
Ability to mentor and elevate team members, maintaining a high bar for technical excellence.
Strong grasp of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with confidence.
