Improve regional market development efficiency by optimizing marketing processes to strengthen customer acquisition and nurture strategies.
Drive growth across all BUs in emerging markets through dedicated marketing campaigns and targeted sales enablement activities.
This role may occasionally be asked to lead other BID projects and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
Advanced degree with a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in life sciences or a related industry.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including the 4Ps, segmentation, and value proposition development.
Proven expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience designing and implementing sales enablement campaigns and tools.
Experience with digital marketing channels and tactics.
Knowledge of life science research markets and the competitive landscape preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical capabilities to measure campaign performance and drive data-based decision-making.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and operating within complex organisation to achieve goals.
Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
