Role Overview
Drive transformational change and continuous improvement across the region
Partner closely with business leaders to strengthen lean management practices
Manage and maintain a pipeline of productivity-driven PPI projects
Support the deployment and adoption of key digital and innovation initiatives
Lead strategic improvement initiatives, coach teams in structured problem-solving
Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in lean leadership implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean certification preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
Demonstrated experience developing and deploying PPI/lean tools including strategy deployment and value stream mapping, tiered daily management systems and leader standard work, kaizen facilitation and problem-solving methodologies, standard work, error-proofing, and visual management
Strong financial and business acumen with ability to identify, quantify, and track improvement opportunities
Proven ability to collaborate with Directors and senior leaders to identify, prioritise, and execute strategic initiatives across functions
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills to engage all organisational levels
Experience in regulated industry (e.g., life sciences, medical devices) preferred
