Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

• Lead content enablement for six High Tech roles
• Collaborate across Team NCVI including BTI role leaders, GSSO Sales & Service Enablement, Sales Operations, Global Product Management, etc.
• Develop, create and maintain enablement collateral including Priorities Navigators and Action Plans, among others
• Support Kickstart enablement sessions, including topic and analyst selection
• Craft simple and clear communications to diverse audiences
• Proactively analyze and share trends in feedback from stakeholders and participants, and make recommendations to enhance our offerings
• Support special projects or events by managing timelines, creating communications and partnering with stakeholders across BTI and Gartner
• Drive scalable activation mechanisms that reduce resource intensity on analysts and managers

Requirements

• At least 5 years supporting a business unit or functional area
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to proactively build and maintain strong partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
