Maintain the global property database, ensuring data accuracy through regular liaison with internal stakeholders and external parties
Support the production of annual budgets, rent forecasts, and monthly disposal forecasts in collaboration with the FP&A team
Prepare data for high-level strategy meetings and assist in creating monthly reporting packs for the CFO
Provide financial modeling and analysis for acquisitions, relocations, lease expiries, and "Own vs. Lease" decisions
Identify and implement new ways of working to improve reporting efficiency and robustness across the business
Develop Power BI dashboards for project reporting and provide spend analysis for Construction and Facilities management teams

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area with experience in a finance, analytical or property environment
High standard of Excel & PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI is a significant advantage
Proven ability to model and interpret large data sets to identify commercial trends and drivers
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across a matrix environment
A self-sufficient professional capable of meeting tight deadlines and defending financial positions where necessary
