About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for managing the WalletShare for Alternatives data and user interface
- Capturing client feedback and developing requirements
- Managing the sprint process with technical partners
- Developing the strategic and technical vision for the product roadmap
- Responsibility for relationship development and management with key individuals at each client
- Communicating client feedback across teams to ensure it informs the product roadmap
- Partnering with the Client Relationship team to ensure successful onboarding of clients
- Reviewing all training activities and ensuring they align with customer needs and product release rollouts
Requirements
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (major in Economics or Finance preferred but not required)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology
- Understanding or experience in the Salesforce platform is nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service or training capacity
