Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

• Act as a solution-focused, service advisor for BCBSNC customers
• Provide consistent, reliable and customized stakeholder service interactions
• Strengthen the BCBSNC brand by managing and expanding customer relationships
• Educate and encourage customers on use of alternative delivery channels
• Interface with governmental entities and plan participants regarding BCBSNC products

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in related field
