Role Overview
- Own the product roadmap for AI initiatives
- Plan and manage AI initiatives from intake through to delivery
- Lead and coordinate multiple contractor teams and vendor pods
- Serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Manage vendor relationships and contractor performance
- Define and embed standards for AI delivery at scale
- Support the transition of completed AI initiatives into scaled delivery
Requirements
- Experience in product management or technical programme management
- Genuine technical fluency with AI and digital technologies
- Proven experience managing and coordinating multi-vendor contractor teams
- Strong product ownership skills
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into precise technical specifications
- Strong delivery instincts
- Working knowledge of GenAI stacks and data governance
