Implements an automated test structure in the CI/CD pipeline.
Directly contribute to the development of automated component, system integration (E2E), regression, backward compatibility and performance tests through continuous integration.
Executes automated and manual test suites and ensure overall system quality prior to production release.
Reports defects and issues to development teams and manage defects through to successful resolution.
Creates software test artifacts including test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.
Continually seek opportunities to improve, optimize and simplify existing testing processes and methodologies.
Works together with relevant teams and departments to improve product quality.
Provides training, mentorship, and support to quality engineering team members, focusing on systems, policies, procedures, and core Quality processes.
Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
5+ years’ experience developing software or test automation frameworks using two of the programming languages – Java, Ruby, Node.js or Objective C. Java is preferred.
Prior experience with established Software development and monitoring tools (GitLab, GIT, Eclipse/Android Studio/X-Code, Bamboo, Harness, Splunk, AppDynamics).
Experience with CI/CD and integrating automated testing.
Experience implementing test automation frameworks for API, web or mobile platforms (hybrid, iOS or Android) using any test automation tools– Appium, Selenium, Web driver, Rest-Assured API, and Cucumber.
AWS or Cloud experience.
