Artist Manager – Influencer Manager

Role Overview

• You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
• You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
• You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service providers
• You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
• You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their assignments and ensure their wellbeing
• You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
• Interest in and a good nose for the latest digital and consumer trends
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
• Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
