You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate strong negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service providers
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in their implementation
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their assignments, and ensure their well-being
You identify and recruit potential new talent for existing and future formats and productions

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing
Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and self-motivation
Fluent German and proficient written and spoken English
