You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills in contract discussions as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to implement them
You act as a liaison between the talents and our partners, schedule their assignments, and ensure their well‑being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident user of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
