Role Overview
- Lead DBS for Pall’s global supply chain and materials organization
- Partner with supply chain and operations leaders to identify and solve system-level problems
- Install, coach, and sustain core DBS fundamentals across the supply chain
- Design, govern, and sustain the global supply chain Kaizen and PSP funnel
- Coach and assess leaders and teams to strengthen problem-solving depth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, or engineering
- 3+ years of experience in global materials planning, procurement, and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of procurement and inventory best practices
- 3+ years of experience driving continuous improvement using Lean, KPIs, and MRP-based ERP systems
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
