Substantial experience within a fast-growing, complex business arena as General Manager with P&L responsibility in HGM
Demonstrated strong strategic and analytical skills as well as solid business acumen
At least 10 years of successfully building and leading a large commercial organization
Ability to interface with and lead within a complex regional commercial team
