Develop overall internal communications with key leaders across the Office of the CEO, the People, Marketing, and Digital teams
Lead the end-to-end execution of Global All Hands meetings
Act as the 'Editor-in-Chief' of the company-wide intranet
Ensure internal information is discoverable, up-to-date, and visually engaging
Audit and refine internal communication channels (Slack, Email, Intranet) to ensure the right message reaches the right people
Identify 'hidden gem' stories within the company and help package them for media opportunities

7+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role within a high-growth global tech environment
You are a storyteller who can take complex technical or business concepts and turn them into relatable, punchy content
Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
Understanding that 'global' means more than just translating English
Experience tracking open rates, click-throughs, and sentiment to iterate on strategy.
