Role Overview
Deliver exceptional customer service through various support channels
Provide expert troubleshooting for technical issues
Handle ordering and replacement of materials and equipment
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams
Requirements
High School Diploma / GED and relevant work experience, OR
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar call center role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Ability to manage high call volumes
