Analyzes data and trends from internal and external sources to make recommendations related to the organization’s strategic positioning.
Provides consultation to leadership to interpret data, advises and counsels system and regional senior leaders on decisions based upon data provided.
Supports system strategy and regional leadership by completing demographic analysis, assessment of provider and service access, payer profiles and trending.
Creates dashboards needed to monitor strategic priorities.
Conducts research on health care and technology trends to support clinical program planning, digital health expansion, and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education
Five years' relevant experience
