Support and maintain HB revenue cycle application.
Conduct research on potential EHR solutions and make recommendations to revenue cycle end users and stakeholders.
Configure, implement, support and maintain Epic applications.
Collaborate with business operations, IT, leadership, users, and vendors.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide end-user support.
Build application tables and reports for Epic applications.
Lead small projects with manageable risk and resource requirements.
Analyze, prioritize, and organize technical requirement specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
Three years’ relevant experience
Experience in Epic builds
Epic certified or accredited in one or more modules.
