Define AI product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into a clear vision for value-oriented AI product development
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary agile team of business stakeholders, designers, data scientists, and developers – from ideation to execution
Demonstrate the value of AI solutions through effective communication and presentations
Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI products
Monitor product performance: Track the impact of AI solutions
Iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure exceptional user experiences
Manage the backlog: Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure the product is delivered according to roadmaps
Guide sprint planning and execution to refine and prioritize AI-experience related tasks
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in creating and delivering digital enterprise or B2B products
Exceptional communication skills: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders through effective communication
Expertise in agile methodologies
Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics
Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation
Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development
Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required
