Manage tease, feature, topical promo and element edits end‑to‑end: build selects, write/adjust scripts, give timecoded notes, collaborate with editors/graphics/audio, QC for brand/standards, versioning/localizations, and on‑time delivery for studio, game, and digital placements.
Contribute big picture original ideas in brainstorms; develop pitches, outlines, and scripts; pull references/mood boards; craft questions and write scripts, VO, and supers; partner with design to translate concepts into on‑brand promo and feature packages.
Manage and direct shoots: pre‑pro (research, talent/story prep, shot lists, schedules), field producing/interviews, coordination with crews, ingest/logging, and ensuring assets roll seamlessly into post.
Liaise with marketing, scheduling, production ops, and rights/clearances; track deliverables, etc.
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a creative, production, or post‑production environment
Experience in sports media, particularly marketing, promotion, or creative services for live games or studio programming
Hands‑on experience managing edits for promos, features, or short‑form content, including logging, scripting, notes, and versioning
Direct editorial experience and comfort contributing creative ideas in brainstorms (writing full scripts, building rough cuts, or assisting in edit sessions)
Strong knowledge of post‑production workflows and tools (non‑linear editing environments, media management systems, review/approval processes)
Knowledge of brand‑driven creative work, network promo strategy, or multi‑platform delivery (linear, streaming, social, digital)
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across creative and operational teams
On‑set or field production experience, including shoot prep, interview support, and field producing
