Contribute to portfolio and program design, including identification, analysis and selection of appropriate energy efficiency measures
Monitor legislative and regulatory proceedings within specified states
Oversee director-level portfolio leads to ensure team maintains program implementation excellence
Oversee program evaluation, including analysis, data collection and reporting
Provide resource management, quality control, and budget accountability to maximize efficiencies and client satisfaction
Manage financial metrics and performance for the sub-region
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Concentration in Engineering or Energy Resources, Sciences, Policy, Business)
10+ years of experience developing and managing successful energy efficiency and demand side management programs for utilities, state energy offices, state/local governments, regional non-profits, or corporate organizations
5+ years of experience with the residential, C&I, and behavioral sectors with related energy efficient, electrification, and renewable technologies
Experience providing quality control and budget accountability
Management experience of multi-client portfolio of programs and multi-disciplinary teams including subcontractors and strategic partners
