Design and develop applications software and systems in the ServiceNow Platform
Collaborate with teammates in the planning, design, development, and utilization of data processing systems
Determine computer user needs, analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls
Design and develop compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems

Minimum of 16 years' experience
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering preferred
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR Module, Customer Service Management (CSM), Asset Management, Change Management, Customer Development, CMDB, and the Service Status Portal
Proven success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript and other coding applications
Database administration (Oracle or MYSQL) experience
Ability to efficiently and appropriately estimate work effort requirements as part of an Agile Scrum
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work both in a team and as an individual contributor
Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
High degree of initiative, creativity, and technical ability
Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions
