About this role

Lead a team of professionals dedicated to the daily management of Sysco operating company maintenance operations in fleet, facility, material handling, and beverage assets
Monitor maintenance performance related to all Sysco assets within Supply Chain
Execute best practices based on Maintenance Strategy to increase uptime and reduce overall expenses
Execute maintenance and purchasing policies, training operating company maintenance staff on procedures and systems
Assess process compliance at operating company through site visits and other means
Communicate relevant findings and information to maintenance operations to identify potential benefit areas

Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years related work experience
5-years previous EAM/CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, INFOR, Dematic Sprocket, etc.)
7-10 years Sysco company experience or 12-15 years' experience in related position
Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
CMMS technical and business configuration experience and administration
Basic understanding of web services and systems integration
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word, and SharePoint)
