Junior Network and Security Engineer – 24/7

Role Overview

• Provide technical support via email and telephone to global customers
• Assist customers with fault-finding and troubleshooting
• Log and manage incidents, ensuring ongoing issues are addressed
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior engineers to investigate issues
• Coordinate hardware replacement for failed devices or components

Requirements

• Degree or similar qualification in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Security
• Industry certifications such as Cisco/Juniper are acceptable
• Appropriate experience demonstrating technical abilities
• Passion for networking, security, Linux, and technical subjects
• Empathy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• English and Polish language fluency required
• Previous experience with Check Point, Blue Coat/Symantec/Broadcom, F5, NetApp, Palo Alto, Fortinet is an advantage
