Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic vision into executable plans

Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in project/program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) a plus
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $3M
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and best practices
Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (MS Project, PPM Pro, etc.)
Advanced skills in stakeholder management and senior-level communications
Experience leading organizational change management and business transformation initiatives
Proven ability to collaborate and guide teams in matrix organizations
Excellence in risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PPI)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50%, based on project and customer needs
Project management experience across multiple regions preferred
Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
