Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Master's degree preferred
5+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in DoD/Army Financial Management
Expert-level proficiency in GFEBS, PMRT/CCAR, and Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, financial modeling, and data analysis
Deep understanding of DoD budget execution responsibilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Federal appropriations law
Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification strongly preferred
Completion of GFEBS L300-level courses or equivalent advanced training
Experience supporting large-scale DoD programs with multiple appropriation types
Familiarity with financial management in an Agile/DevSecOps program environment
Experience working with multiple government agencies
