Oversees the Quality System for the Environment, Health, & Safety conventional labs in the US
Communicates the status of quality systems to executive management
Manages, supports, and coordinates QA efforts across conventional lab sites
Assures quality systems and testing processes comply with regulatory agencies and customer expectations
Implements quality improvements to enhance lab compliance efforts and promote operational excellence
Assists site locations in drafting responses to audit reports and involves staff in feedback from audits and inspections
Acts as a regulatory resource for SGS customers
Ensures laboratory staff are current with industry regulations and compliance news
Leads projects designed to measure specific quality parameters and provide organized information to corporate officers
Oversees the quality system to ensure that TNI standards, ISO17025, DOD standards are satisfied

5+ years of environmental laboratory experience
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
Thorough knowledge of environmental regulatory standards and programs
Proven expertise in QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and industry best practices
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in science related field (or equivalent in training + experience)
Minimum 5 years experience in a TNI or ISO 17025 laboratory setting
