Proven ability to thrive without a massive IT department; someone who can "wear the hats" of Architect, Dev, and QA.
Specific experience with building systems to output specific goals.
Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, and/or Centralized Data Lakes.
Expert-level knowledge of connecting disparate agency tools (CRMs, Project Management software, Financial tools) via APIs.
