About this role
Role Overview
Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards in Looker to track and socialize key HR metrics (e.g., Quality of Hire, Attrition, Diversity, and Talent Pipeline)
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various internal databases and HRIS platforms
Partner with the COE to move beyond descriptive reporting. Develop models to identify flight risks, predict future headcount needs, and uncover drivers of high performance
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of employee engagement and pulse surveys, performing deep-dive sentiment analysis to drive organizational change
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure headcount planning and people strategies are aligned with BrowserStack’s growth goals
Act as a custodian of people data. Audit HR systems to ensure the highest levels of data integrity and security
Requirements
2–4 years in an analytical role, with a focus on People Analytics or Business Intelligence
Advanced SQL: You must be comfortable writing complex queries and working with relational databases
Looker Expertise: Hands-on experience building explores and dashboards in Looker
Spreadsheet Mastery: Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets for quick ad-hoc modeling
Familiarity with statistical modeling/regression analysis
A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Business Analytics)
