Assist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and CloudBees CD/RO
Monitor and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
Help debug build and deployment failures by analyzing logs and pipeline outputs
Support application deployments across development and test environments
Write and maintain basic automation scripts (Bash or Python)
Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes
Follow best practices for version control using Git
Document processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
0 to 2 years of experience
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to follow documented processes and ask questions when needed
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of Linux, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Familiarity with command line operations, file systems and permissions
Exposure to system logs and basic troubleshooting
Understanding of CI/CD principles (build, test, deploy lifecycle)
Exposure to at least one CI/CD tool such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Basic experience with Git (commits, branches, pull requests)
Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python
Introductory knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
