The Collaboration Senior Engineer will work in partnership with other collaboration service tower owners to manage collaboration services/applications in the delivery of our collaboration suite of solutions
Responsible for the end-to-end service management and delivery for assigned collaboration solutions
In partnership with other service owner leads, develop service management and solutions delivery plans in support of assigned collaboration solutions
Responsible for governance, service management, and technical administration of assigned solutions within overall collaboration suite
Ensures assigned collaboration solutions are managed and maintained in alignment with all associated technical and security standards
Provides expert level advice, support, and consultancy in the development and delivery of collaboration related business cases and technologies
Prepares and delivers presentations to management that inform them of issues and opportunities with assigned collaboration solutions
Provides high-level analysis and reporting on application health for assigned solutions/services within the application portfolio
Provides expert level support for deployed solutions and interfacing with support staff when necessary to assist in resolution of escalated complex technical issues within defined SLAs
Develops and reviews test plans and test scripts so that services are sufficiently tested and maintained to ensure high availability and stability of all assigned solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Computer Science or similar technology related area
Expert level expertise in one or more of the Microsoft365 foundational services (e.g. Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience across additional Microsoft365 services areas preferred
Experience with Intune / Mobile Device Management preferred
Significant experience with both Project Management and Service Management disciplines while working within a large organization
Experience working in a matrix support model in the delivery of collaboration services to end users
5-6 years of experience
