Role Overview
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to run the company's strategic planning cycles
- Define key initiatives and track progress against financial plans
- Lead high-priority cross-functional programs
- Design and maintain dashboards for CEO visibility
- Act as a neutral partner to functional leads and ensure seamless communication
- Monitor execution of financial plans to allocate resources effectively
Requirements
- 5–7 Years of Experience in Strategic Operations, Program Management, or Management Consulting
- Experience in a high-growth hardware or deep-tech environment is a significant plus
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concisely meaningful communication
- Operational rigor with process-driven mindset
- Strategic influence and comfortable working with C-suite executives
- Eager to understand the AI-powered modular architecture
