Role Overview
- Coordinates the readiness of all functions throughout the product development process
- Establish and clarify product and program objectives
- Ensure development team has the guidance and resources necessary to succeed
- Track and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
- Build project schedule and manage changes to the schedule baseline
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products to market on vision, on schedule, and within financial targets
- Ensure project meets product quality standard and look for continuous improvements
- Develop mitigation strategies and monitor risk levels
- Facilitate project meetings and manage documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- 5+ years working experience in engineering and program management
- 2+ years experience in PMO role
- Exceptional knowledge in project planning and management/supervision
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Project Management Software Skills
- Working experience in the power tool industry is preferred
- New product development experience is preferred
