Support efficient financial operations by providing financial cost and/or benefit oversight for initiatives
Facilitate billing and collections process by reviewing records for inconsistencies, preparing regular billing statements, overseeing movement of documents and efficiently handling inquiries
Monitor delinquent accounts by investigating and resolving billing issues and/or other complications that may prevent timely account payments
Lead the implementation of financial activities by analyzing business operations and trends, developing additional analyses and providing action plans for process improvement
Manage budgeted resources by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
High degree of financial acumen and awareness of financial responsibility
Effectively present thoughts to influence and persuade organizational leaders and key stakeholders to adopt innovative recommendations
Use multiple resources to gather and analyze information and use logic to address complex work-related issues and problems
Collaborate with internal and external customers; understand the needs and goals of a customer and actively look for ways to meet them
Monitor short
and long-term impact of contributions and ensure accuracy and adherence to long-term goals
Prioritize interests of the company during decision-making
