Lead and Deliver Complex Projects
Manage multiple projects concurrently, involving teams of 5–10 members
Partner closely with Program Managers, business leaders, stakeholders, and project team members to define and refine project scope
Facilitate project planning sessions
Define and execute effective stakeholder communication plans
Develop project budget forecasts, manage and control approved budgets
Serve as a mentor and coach to new project managers, team members, and stakeholders
Maintain sufficient functional or technical expertise to effectively lead projects

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
8-12 years of project leadership experience
PMP Certification (active)
3-4 years of concurrent Sr. Project Leadership or equivalent experience
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent from an accredited institution (additional qualification)
Agile Certification (ex. SAFe, Scrum, etc.) or equivalent (additional qualification)
Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent (ASQ or IASSC) (additional qualification)
Proficient in English and strong communication (written, verbal) skills
Strong financial acumen, including direct ownership of budget (+$5M)
Experience in Cloud Migrations, Digital Transformation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Rationalization type project or programs
