Lead/support proposal activities, including: Development of the Request for Proposal (RFP) package
Assigning and tracking completion of Labor, Travel, and Material estimates
Auditing estimates for accuracy, completeness, and pricing strategy
Managing scope and artifact changes through a disciplined process
Development and maintenance of proposal schedule
Lead/support Fact Finding activities
Support Negotiation activities
Support strategic long-term planning
Serve as liaison between Program Managers, Pricing Analysts, Estimators, Contract Administrators, Supply Chain, and external partners
Resolve issues in accordance with business objectives, strategies, legal requirements, regulations, contract terms, and company policies
Maintain excellent communication skills while flowing information both up to leadership and out to the program and proposal teams
Multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a schedule-driven environment
Participate in process improvement activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree with 6 or more years of relevant work experience
Experience working with cross-functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Management, Field Operations, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
The ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance
