About this role

Develop and optimize supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plans, and capacity requirements to meet customer and business needs
Conduct scenario planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies to support decision-making
Analyze and resolve inventory issues, ensuring efficient flow and alignment with short-term and long-term business objectives
Provide quantitative and qualitative inputs to demand management, optimizing supply-demand balance within operational constraints
Plan, prepare, issue, and control supply chain schedules and materials requirements to achieve business goals
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless material management and mitigate potential risks in supply chain operations
Evaluate supply chain capacity needs and capabilities, aligning them with strategic business objectives

Bachelor of Science degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience in supply chain planning tools, systems, and/or data analytics
Experience with inventory management processes and/or supply-demand balancing strategies
Experience with supplier coordination, subcontractor negotiations, and/or material management best practices
PhD degree (preferred)
