Collecting data and analyzing workforce needs, systems, trends and metrics
Providing reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business management decisions
Interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity
Helping organization understand the relationship between the workforce and business processes, issues, needs and systems

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
3 years of experience in proven quantitative and qualitative research required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
