Role Overview
key member of the team accountable for the financial accounting and reporting of DI managed entities
assisting with the closing of the books and records of certain private equity funds
reviewing the work of associate accountants on the team
responsible for the general ledger of these entities and ensuring strong controls are maintained through quality, well documented account reconciliations
interacting with senior members of the finance and business groups that support the entities as well as with tax, treasury, and external auditors
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, CPA preferred
Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting, public accounting and/or private equity experience
Detail-oriented with solid understanding of business and financial concepts
