Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field and with 0-3 years of experience
Demonstrate exceptional Object-Oriented skills
Have competency in Data structures, algorithms, software design and databases
Be familiar with any OO language (one of Ruby/Python/Java and Javascript)
Possess good written and verbal communication skills
