Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings
Work closely with architects and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible
Partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritise the product backlog
Participate fully in Scrum ceremonies
Provide ongoing clarification to developers and testers throughout the sprint
Produce and maintain API specifications and interface definitions
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and technical discussions

Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML
Event driven and message based integrations
Payment gateway architecture and transaction flows
Merchant accounts, MIDs, acquirer relationships
Ability to interpret API documentation and collaborate effectively with technical teams
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Postman
Experience in payments, e-commerce, or financial services
Understanding of card schemes, acquirers, and settlement processes
Knowledge of fraud, chargebacks, and reconciliation workflows
